About the office

Jamal Abdullah Al-Muzain Law Firm, Legal Consultations and Arbitration was established in the year 1994 in the Eastern Province in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and it is considered one of the largest law firms in our region. This is due to the large volume of cases it has received and the proportion of the oldest and largest companies that have joined its’ clients throughout our legal career, in addition to the size and strength of our public relations and the many cooperation protocols nationally and internationally.
In our law firm, we pride ourselves on the service we provide with the utmost care to our clients and how we represent our clients with proficiency and high efficiency in accordance with the latest professional systems. We always strive to be the first and best office in our field. No matter how complex or difficult the legal work may be, we do not consider our job is complete until we are assured of providing the highest level of quality work for our clients.

Our Vision 

Enabling the legal profession to play its effective role in building a generation that understands the vocabulary of the system and the subtleties of the law in both theory and practice. We aim to transform our office ti an international law firm distinguished by its provision of comprehensive legal services, leveraging global expertise and a profound understanding of the legal landscape at both local and international levels. This will be accomplished through a team of specialists in various fields of law in the future.

About the founder 

Jamal Abdullah Al-Muzain

Jamal Abdullah Al-Muzain, ESQ, graduated from King Saud University, College of Administrative Sciences, Department of Laws and Regulations in 1986. He is the founder and director of the law firm. He has previously held numerous judicial positions and is widely regarded as one of the most senior lawyers in the region due to his achievements in very complex cases.

:Past experiences

Former member of the Shura Council.

Member of the Municipal Council in the Eastern Region for two consecutive terms.

A former judicial member of the Primary Committee for Settlement of Labor Disputes in the Eastern Region for nine years.

A former judicial member of the Office for Settlement of Commercial Paper Disputes at the Ministry of Commerce for five years, with several specialized judicial committees emerging from it, namely:

 

  • Commercial Paper Dispute Resolution Committee.

  • Committee to consider cases related to violations of the commercial agencies system in the Eastern Region.

  • Committee to consider cases related to violations of the standards and standards system.

  • The Committee for Implementing the Penalties stipulated in the Israel Boycott System.

 

Member of the Board of Directors of several closed and public joint stock companies. Chartered arbitrator, member of the London Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) since April 1999.

Member of the Commercial Arbitration Center for the Arab Gulf Cooperation Council (FGCCC).

Member of the National Committee for Lawyers in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia - formerly.

Member of the International Bar Association (IBA) - London - since October 1996.

He participated in many arbitration cases in the Eastern Province.

Legal advisor to a group of major Saudi companies in the Kingdom.

Charity :

  • Member of the Board of Directors of the Charitable Center for the Qur’an and its Sciences (Bayan) in Al-Khobar.

  • Member of the Council of the Cooperative Office for Call and Guidance (Siraj) in Dhahran.

  • Member of the Charitable Society for Orphan Care in the Eastern Province (Building).

  • Supporting member of the Committee for the Care of Prisoners and Released Persons in the Eastern Region (Tarahum).

  • Member of the Debate Reconciliation Committee at the General Court in Al-Khobar.
